Warranty Policy

1. What Is Covered

Every Landwee LDW-1505HL Stand Mixer is backed by a full 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

AC Pure Copper Motor — LCD Smart Display and timer function — Tilt-head mechanism and locking system — Bowl lock and bowl connection system — Dough Hook, Flat Beater, and Wire Whisk attachments — Speed control dial and pulse function — All internal electrical components

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence — Normal wear and tear — Damage caused by operating the product outside its rated specifications — Cosmetic damage such as scratches or discoloration from improper cleaning — Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs — Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

We will assess your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you, depending on the nature of the fault.

4. Warranty Resolution

Depending on the fault, Landwee will offer one of the following resolutions at no additional cost:

Replacement of the defective part or component — Full product replacement — Full refund to the original payment method

5. Warranty Period

Start date: Date of original purchase — Duration: 24 months (2 years) — Proof of purchase required: Order confirmation email or order number
